Desenvolvimento de competências de preservação da saúde dos futuros professores do Cazaquistão

Resumo

A importância do estudo reside na necessidade de termos professores capazes de resolver problemas educativos para preservar a saúde das crianças e adolescentes. Neste contexto, é de extrema importância desenvolver a competência de preservação da saúde dos professores de educação pré-escolar durante o processo educativo na universidade. O objetivo do estudo é desenvolver, aplicar e testar experimentalmente as condições educativas para o desenvolvimento de competências de preservação da saúde de um futuro professor no âmbito do programa educativo de gestão pedagógica. Os participantes do estudo foram 37 professores de universidades de educação física e 145 estudantes de duas universidades do Cazaquistão. As abordagens e métodos propostos representam o processo de formação dos futuros professores, que inclui etapas: inicial, principal e final. A etapa final consistiu numa experiência pedagógica: os autores desenvolveram e introduziram um curso especial para futuros professores intitulado “Desenvolvimento da saúde das crianças em idade escolar e tecnologias modernas de promoção da saúde”. Durante a experiência, foram utilizados testes, inquéritos e questionários para verificar a eficácia do curso. A maioria dos inquiridos (79%) considera necessária a utilização de métodos e técnicas que promovam a promoção da saúde nas diferentes fases da aula no processo de ensino da disciplina. Um aspeto importante da disciplina optativa é desenvolver nos alunos conhecimentos de educação física, pedagogia, psicologia e métodos de ensino específicos das disciplinas, bem como consolidar as suas competências na promoção da saúde.
