Resumen

Este estudio tiene como objetivo examinar las estrategias de gestión de entrenamiento de bádminton con métodos de entrenamiento de circuito para mejorar el rendimiento de los atletas entre los estudiantes utilizando el método de revisión sistemática de la literatura. Los datos se obtuvieron de los resultados de búsqueda a través de google scholar con un enfoque en las revistas indexadas en la base de datos Scopus publicadas en 2019 - 2024 . Las revistas fueron seleccionadas a través de criterios de inclusión, a saber, revistas internacionales indexadas en Scopus. Las palabras clave utilizadas son; «Badminton Training AND Management Strategy AND Circuit Training Method AND Student Achievement» . A partir de los resultados de la búsqueda se encontraron 15.800 artículos de diversas fuentes. Además, en varias etapas del proceso de selección, se seleccionaron 17 artículos que se ajustaban al tema y cumplían los requisitos de inclusión. Para la operacionalización estándar, este estudio siguió el método PRISMA . Los resultados de este estudio encontraron que el entrenamiento en circuito tiene beneficios significativos en la mejora de la condición física y el rendimiento atlético en varios grupos de edad y deportes. Se demostró que el entrenamiento en circuito mejora la resistencia aeróbica, la fuerza y la capacidad VO2Max, que son cruciales para el rendimiento atlético en deportes como el bádminton. Los métodos de entrenamiento variados, como los juegos Gobak Sodor y los ejercicios de perforación, también fueron eficaces para mejorar la agilidad y el equilibrio, lo que subraya la importancia de la variedad del entrenamiento para un rendimiento óptimo del atleta. El entrenamiento en circuito también es eficaz para reducir el IMC, mejorar la salud cardiometabólica, reducir la grasa regional y aumentar el suministro de oxígeno a los músculos, además de incorporar varios elementos importantes como la fuerza muscular, la resistencia, la flexibilidad, la agilidad, el equilibrio y la resistencia cardiovascular. Además, el HIIT muestra un gran potencial en la mejora eficiente de la condición física, con beneficios adicionales en la regulación hormonal y la mejora de la capacidad aeróbica. Un enfoque holístico de la educación física y el entrenamiento, que incluya tecnologías de monitorización como la VFC y el neurofeedback, puede proporcionar beneficios integrales en la gestión de los aspectos físicos y psicológicos del rendimiento de los deportistas.

Abstract. This study aims to examine badminton training management strategies with circuit training methods to improve athlete performance among students. The study was conducted using the systematic literature review method by obtaining data from Google Scholar. The data were selected based on certain inclusion criteria. For example, the study focused on journal articles indexed in the Scopus database. In addition, they must be published between 2019 and 2024. The keywords used were "Badminton Training AND Management Strategy AND Circuit Training Method AND Student Achievement" . For article selection, this study followed the PRISMA method. Based on the initial search, this study found 15,800 articles from various sources. Furthermore, they went through several stages of the screening process. These processes generated 17 articles that fit the theme and met the inclusion requirements. The results of this study showed that circuit training has significant benefits in improving physical fitness and athletic performance in various age groups and sports. Circuit training was shown to improve aerobic endurance, strength, and VO2 max capacity, which are crucial for athletic performance in sports such as badminton. Varied training methods, such as Gobak Sodor games and drilling exercises, were also found effective in improving agility and balance, thus emphasizing the importance of training variety for optimal athlete performance. Circuit training was also effective in lowering BMI, improving cardiometabolic health, reducing regional fat, and increasing oxygen supply to muscles, as well as incorporating various important elements such as muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, and cardiovascular endurance. Furthermore, HIIT showed great potential in efficiently improving physical fitness, with additional benefits in hormone regulation and improved aerobic capacity. A holistic approach to physical education and training, including monitoring technologies such as HRV and neurofeedback, can provide comprehensive benefits in managing the physical and psychological aspects of athlete performance.
