Características sociodemográficas, hábitos de vida e frequência de consumo de alimentos associados ao rendimento físico nos corredores amadores

El rendimiento físico está condicionado por diferentes fatores como aspectos sociodemográficos, hábitos de vida ou a dieta. O propósito do estúdio pode determinar a associação entre as características sociodemográficas, hábitos de vida e frequência de consumo alimentar com o rendimento físico nos corredores amadores. Realizou-se um estúdio transversal em 197 corredores amadores peruanos entre os meses de janeiro e março de 2022. Veja as características sociodemográficas (edad, sexo, entre outros). Também, se avaliar hábitos de vida (consumo de tabaco y álcool, duração do sueño, entre outros). O consumo de alimentos é avaliado por meio de um cuestionario de frecuencia alimentar y el rendimiento físico, o teste de Cooper. A análise das relações com base nos coeficientes de correlação de Spearman. Os valores de p<0,05 foram calculados estadísticamente. El 58,1% de las mujeres y el 67,7% de aquellos que tenían entre 18 a 39 años presentaron rendimiento físico alto. O consumo de tabaco (rho =0,230, p<0,01), horas de sueño (rho = 0,197, p<0,01), suplemento nutricional (rho = 0,336, p<0,05), o sexo (rho = 0,152, p<0,05) e o índice de massa corporal (IMC) (rho =0,272, p<0,05) se correlacionam significativamente e de maneira direta com a entrega física. Los hallazgos de este estudio sugere que as intervenções formuladas melhoraram o rendimento físico deben considerado os fatores associados para obter resultados eficaces, particularmente en aquellos com mayor edad.
