Modelo de atividade multilateral: melhoria da motricidade grossa em crianças

Introdução: O desenvolvimento motor grosso das crianças é essencial para o seu crescimento físico e cognitivo. No entanto, muitas crianças têm dificuldades neste aspeto. Os modelos de atividades multilaterais que envolvem vários movimentos corporais podem ser eficazes na estimulação e melhoria das capacidades motoras grossas na primeira infância.
Objectivo: Este estudo procura determinar se os modelos de actividades multilaterais podem melhorar as capacidades motoras grossas das crianças. O instrumento utilizado é o Teste Motor Básico com guia de movimento para medir o seu impacto, com uma estratégia de pesquisa em grupo pré-experimental pré-teste-pós-teste e com recurso ao Teste Motor Grosso.
Resultados: O teste de normalidade com Kolmogo-rov-Smirnov apresentou um valor de significância de 0,00 para o pré-teste e pós-teste da atividade multilateral, o que significa que os dados não apresentam uma distribuição normal porque o valor de significância é inferior a 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). O teste de Wilcoxon apresentou um aumento positivo do pré-teste para o pós-teste, com um aumento médio da pontuação de 17,00 e uma pontuação total de 561,00 de 33 participantes. Cinco inquéritos e dois obtiveram exatamente o mesmo valor. Os resultados do teste de Wilcoxon apresentaram um valor significativo de 0,00, inferior a 0,05, pelo que a hipótese é aceite. Esta evidência confirma que a actividade multilateral tem um efeito significativo no aumento das capacidades motoras grossas das crianças. Além disso, o teste de determinação apresentou um valor de R-quadrado de 0,977, o que significa que 97,7% das capacidades motoras grossas das crianças podem ser explicadas pela influência da atividade multilateral.
Conclusão: Assim sendo, pode-se concluir que a variável resultado da atividade multilateral tem uma influência significativa na variável resultado da motricidade grossa.
