Um modelo explicativo das variáveis ​​​​psicossociais académicas e da atividade física durante o processo de seleção educativa

Resumo

Introdução: A realidade educativa para o acesso à função docente pública em Espanha é muito diferente da Europa. Este processo caracteriza-se pela superação de uma tentativa de avaliação muito exigente que tem repercussões negativas na área emocional dos aspirantes
Objectivo: Esta investigação apresenta os objectivos de (a) desenvolver e ajustar um modelo de equações multigrupo das variáveis ​​​​atividade física, resiliência, stress e síndrome de burnout e (b) estudar os efeitos das variáveis ​​​​atividade física, resiliência, stress e síndrome de burnout através de um modelo de escolas estruturais multigrupo.
Metodologia: Foi realizado um projecto de investigação transversal sobre uma lista de 4117 candidatos. São utilizados instrumentos validados pela comunidade científica, como a Escala de Estrés Percibi-do, a Escala de Resiliencia de Connor Davidson, o Inventário de Burnout de Maslach e o Cuestionario Internacional de Atividade Física.
Resultados: Os candidatos que realizaram este teste mais do que uma vez aumentaram os seus níveis de stress e síndrome de burnout.
Discussão: Estes resultados são coincidentes com outras investigações. Apesar disso, o efeito da resiliência destaca-se como um elemento fundamental para enfrentar o processo de seleção.
Conclusões: Destaca-se o efeito benéfico da resiliência e da prática de atividade física durante este processo de acesso.
