Influência dos fatores sociais e psicológicos na formação da identidade profissional dos professores de educação física e desporto

O sistema moderno de educação desportiva está a sofrer uma transformação significativa devido às mudanças globais no desporto e às novas exigências para o treino de jovens atletas, especialmente no Cazaquistão. O objetivo do nosso estudo foi identificar os principais fatores que influenciam a identidade profissional dos professores que trabalham com jovens atletas, tendo em conta a experiência desportiva pessoal do professor, o sistema de desenvolvimento profissional contínuo (incluindo estágios, cursos de formação avançada e competições profissionais), as características específicas da instituição de ensino e o nível de desempenho dos alunos. Foi realizado um estudo transversal misto com predominância de métodos quantitativos. A principal ferramenta de recolha de dados foi uma versão adaptada da Escala de Desenvolvimento de Identidade do Coach, que consiste em seis componentes principais (desenvolvimento social e pessoal, reconhecimento social, coaching de vida, formação de coach, sucesso do coach e motivação do coach). Foi desenvolvido um questionário para recolher as características demográficas e profissionais dos inquiridos. Os resultados mostram a influência significativa dos factores na formação da identidade profissional dos professores e estabelecem as bases para uma análise abrangente da sua interacção. As principais recomendações práticas apontam para a implementação de programas diferenciados de desenvolvimento profissional, tendo em conta se o professor tem formação desportiva e a necessidade de uma abordagem diferenciada para organizar o sistema de desenvolvimento profissional. O artigo fornece uma justificação para as mudanças sistémicas e práticas inclusivas.
