Análise comparativa das competências motoras entre futbolistas seniores e juvenis masculinos: uma abordagem multidimensional

Enquadramento: O futebol é um desporto que requer um elevado nível de competências técnicas, táticas e motoras, com especial ênfase na agilidade, na velocidade, na força explosiva e na flexibilidade. O desenvolvimento destas capacidades depende da maturidade biológica, da experiência de treino e de fatores individuais que afetam o desempenho do jogador nas diferentes categorias etárias.
Objectivo: O objectivo foi examinar e comparar o nível de competências motoras entre os jogadores do FC GOŠK Gabela (Premier League da Bósnia e Herzegovina) nas categorias júnior (sub-19) e sénior (sub-25), centrando-se em elementos chaves como a agilidade, a velocidade, a força explosiva e repetitiva, assim como a flexibilidade.
Método: A mostra foi composta por 22 jugadores de um clube de mismo, divididos em dois grupos por categoria de idade: 11 juvenis (U19) (altura = 181,56 ± 5,74 cm; peso = 73,29 ± 6,40 kg; IMC = 22,21 kg/m²) e 11 seniores (U25) (altura = 184,98 ± 5,97 cm; peso = 77,35 ± 5,70 kg; São utilizadas estatísticas descritivas para analisar os dados, e as diferenças entre os grupos são determinadas através de uma tentativa independente de mostrar pequenas. A significação estatística foi estabelecida em p < 0,05.
Resultados: Os adultos de maior porte obtiveram resultados significativamente melhores nas provas de agilidade (provas de Illinois e Zig-Zag) e na carreira de 60 metros planos, enquanto as diferenças nas outras provas foram estadísticamente insignificantes (p > 0,05). As diferenças na força explosiva da tendência superior (lançamento de balão medicinal) e na flexibilidade não são significativas, embora os adultos maiores apresentem valores promedio ligeiramente melhores.
Conclusão: Os resultados obtidos indicam que a maturidade biológica e uma grande experiência de treino influenciam significativamente a melhoria das capacidades motoras, especialmente a agilidade e a velocidade a distâncias mais longas.
