Resumen

Introducción: La acreditación educativa en regiones indonesias con servicios insuficientes enfrenta desafíos de gobernanza relacionados con barreras geográficas, infraestructura digital limitada, capacidad desigual de los actores y dificultades para traducir los estándares nacionales a prácticas locales, con implicaciones para la educación física, el deporte escolar y la mejora escolar orientada a estilos de vida activos.

Objetivo: Este estudio tuvo como objetivo desarrollar y validar preliminarmente el modelo BRADLEY como marco contextual para la gobernanza de la acreditación educativa en regiones indonesias con servicios insuficientes.

Metodología: Se empleó un diseño mixto secuencial exploratorio. La fase cualitativa utilizó registros resumidos de entrevistas y revisión documental sobre gobernanza de la acreditación, analizados mediante análisis temático basado en casos. La fase cuantitativa incluyó cinco validadores expertos y 15 usuarios, quienes evaluaron un cuestionario de validación BRADLEY de 33 ítems mediante una escala Likert de cinco puntos. Los datos de expertos se analizaron con V de Aiken y los datos de usuarios mediante estadística descriptiva y porcentajes de factibilidad.

Resultados: El modelo BRADLEY comprende siete dimensiones: conexión entre política y contexto local, gobernanza receptiva, enfoque híbrido adaptativo, evidencia basada en datos, desarrollo de capacidades, mejora evaluativa y sostenible, y resultados de calidad. La validación experta mostró una V de Aiken global de 0.958, y la validación de usuarios obtuvo una media de 4.73 y una factibilidad de 94.6%.

Discusión: El modelo ofrece una perspectiva de gobernanza útil para fortalecer la acreditación con posible relevancia para la educación física, el deporte escolar y los estilos de vida activos.

Conclusión: BRADLEY es un marco preliminar prometedor, aunque requiere validación mediante estudios de implementación más amplios.
