O efeito do treino de broca e do treino de agilidade nas capacidades técnicas de forehand e backhand de atletas amadores de ténis

Resumo

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o efeito dos métodos de treino de treino e agilidade nas habilidades de forehand e backhand de tenistas iniciantes. Esta investigação experimental foi realizada no campo de ténis de Magelang Moncer Serius. A amostra utilizada foi de 30 pessoas do grupo de tenistas de Magelang. Este estudo foi dividido em dois grupos, nomeadamente o grupo de treino de treino e o grupo de treino de agilidade. O instrumento de pesquisa utilizou um Dyer Tennis. Este estudo mostrou um efeito significativo do método de treino da broca nas capacidades técnicas de forehand e backhand com os valores de tcount (14,511) > ttable (1,761) e um valor de significância de 0,000<0,05. Além disso, verificou-se também um efeito dos métodos de treino de agilidade nas competências técnicas de forehand e backhand com os valores de tcount (11,758) > ttable (1,761) e um valor de significância de 0,000<0,05. Dos dois métodos, houve diferença no efeito entre o treino de treino e o treino de agilidade, a partir do valor médio da habilidade, no grupo de treino de treino apresentou um valor de 21,27 enquanto no grupo de treino de agilidade foi de 20 ,53 com um valor de sig. (bicaudal) 0,037<0,05. Pode-se concluir que existe uma diferença significativa. O valor médio da diferença de 0,733 mostrou a diferença entre o valor médio do grupo de treino de treino e do grupo de treino de agilidade. Concluindo, o método de treino com exercícios tem um efeito mais significativo na melhoria das capacidades de forehand e backhand dos tenistas principiantes.
