The aim of this study was to analyze the quality of life of adolescents in socially vulnerable situations. The sample consisted of 222 teenagers from 12 to 18 years old, who attended the final years of elementary school and high school. Data collection was performed using a sociodemographic questionnaire using the KIDSCREEN-27 short version. The Chi-Square and Fisher's Exact tests were used to verify the associations between sociodemographic variables and quality of life. Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis test, followed by Dunn's post-hoc test, were used to compare sociodemographic variables and quality of life between shifts. The significance level adopted was 95% p <0.05. The results indicated that adolescents in a situation of social vulnerability present a positive perception of their quality of life. The gender variable revealed differences in the physical, psychological, social support and group of friends dimensions, except for the school dimension, in which there was found no difference. Younger adolescents and those who perform some professional activity demonstrated a good perception of quality of life.
