Avanços nas pesquisas sobre monitoramento de cargas de treinamento em atletas: análise bibliométrica

Resumo

O monitoramento da carga de treinamento pode ajudar a melhorar o desempenho, prever o risco de lesões, determinar a prontidão do atleta e monitorar as condições de saúde. Ao utilizar métodos de análise bibliométrica, pode-se avaliar publicações de instituições ou países e acompanhar o crescimento ou declínio de um campo específico. O objetivo deste estudo é compilar uma bibliografia de trabalhos sobre o tema rastreamento de carga de treinamento publicados entre 1979 e 2023. Este estudo analisa as publicações sobre rastreamento de carga de treinamento e utiliza mapeamento científico para descrever a estrutura e tendências. Este estudo abrange contribuições de países, autores, artigos citados, palavras-chave que aparecem com frequência e tendências de palavras-chave. De acordo com os resultados, a investigação foi escassa durante as primeiras duas décadas e aumentou significativamente nas décadas seguintes. Embora a Austrália tenha o maior número de publicações, o continente europeu domina este campo de investigação. A maioria dos artigos é publicada e referenciada no International Journal of Sports Physiology and Performance. Além disso, devido ao seu elevado número de citações, o artigo de Halson teve maior influência. Algumas palavras-chave estão relacionadas e aparecem neste estudo. Este artigo apresenta uma visualização de tendências que os acadêmicos podem usar como guia de referência.
