A influência da potência muscular das pernas, da flexibilidade da cintura e da autoconfiança na capacidade de passes longos no futebol

Resumo

O problema neste estudo é a baixa habilidade dos jogadores da escola de futebol de Buah Hati nos passes longos. Este estudo tem como objetivo verificar o efeito da força muscular das pernas, da flexibilidade da cintura e da autoconfiança na capacidade de passes longos, tanto direta como indiretamente e simultaneamente. Este tipo de investigação é quantitativa com uma abordagem de análise de trilhos. A amostra deste estudo foram os 30 jogadores da escola de futebol Buah Hati. Retirada de amostra utilizando técnica de amostragem saturada. O instrumento de potência muscular das pernas utiliza o teste de salto vertical, flexibilidade da cintura utilizando o teste de sentar e alcançar, confiança utilizando um questionário de modelo de escala Likert e capacidade de passagem longa utilizando o teste de aprovação aérea para precisão. Os resultados mostraram que, (1) existe um efeito direto da força muscular da perna na capacidade de passe longo com ρz1 = 0,337 ou 11,35%, (2) existe um efeito direto da flexibilidade da cintura na capacidade de passe longo, com ρz2 = 0,458 ou 20,97%, (3) existe um efeito direto da autoconfiança na capacidade de passes longos, com ρz3 = 0,225 ou 5,06%, (4) existe um efeito indireto da força muscular das pernas na capacidade de passes longos através da autoconfiança, com ρz31 = 0,1131 ou 11,31%, (5) existe um efeito indireto da flexibilidade da cintura na capacidade de passes longos através da autoconfiança, com ρz32 = 0,0893 ou 8,93% e ( 6) existe um efeito da força muscular das pernas, da flexibilidade do tamanho da cintura e da autoconfiança simultaneamente na capacidade de lançamento de três pontos, com ρz123 = 0,942 ou 94,2%.
