Estratégias de marketing para melhorar a qualidade do serviço em instalações desportivas e de fitness: uma revisão sistemática

Resumo

A indústria do desporto e do fitness registou um crescimento acelerado com uma crescente consciencialização pública sobre a relevância da saúde e do bem-estar. Hoje, instalações como ginásios, estádios, piscinas e centros de fitness tornam-se elementos essenciais do estilo de vida da sociedade. As estratégias de marketing são importantes para atrair e fidelizar clientes. Os programas oferecidos devem ser encarados como produtos de serviços com valor de venda. Por conseguinte, a implementação de estratégias de marketing eficazes é necessária para competir, satisfazer as necessidades dos clientes e aumentar a fidelização dos clientes. Esta investigação tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura existente sobre estratégias de marketing para instalações desportivas e de fitness utilizando o método PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Este estudo incluiu investigação publicada nos últimos 10 anos a partir de fontes indexadas em revistas e identifica as principais conclusões relacionadas com a eficácia de diversas estratégias de marketing na prestação de serviços e na retenção de clientes. Os resultados do inquérito mostram que a personalização dos serviços, a utilização da tecnologia, a compreensão profunda das necessidades dos clientes e a elevada qualidade dos serviços são estratégias-chave que podem aumentar o valor percebido, a satisfação e a fidelização dos clientes no setor desportivo e de fitness desportivo.
