Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é examinar o efeito das diferenças entre programas de intervenção usando técnicas básicas de confiança na água, flexibilidade e natação de estilo livre nas habilidades de natação de estilo livre. Foi adotado um desenho de pesquisa quase experimental. Havia três grupos neste estudo, nomeadamente dois grupos experimentais e um grupo de controle. O número de participantes nos três grupos foi de 90 pessoas onde foram realizados pré-teste e pós-teste de habilidades de natação estilo livre. A análise dos dados utilizada é teste inferencial, Análise de Covariância (ANCOVA), Suposição de Homogeneidade de Variância, Teste de Normalidade dos Dados e Teste de Suposição Estatística (teste T para amostras pareadas). Resultados. A partir das pontuações pré e pós-teste, os resultados da ANCOVA mostram que o efeito da confiança básica na água, da flexibilidade e da técnica de natação em estilo livre é significativo nas habilidades de natação em estilo livre em um bom nível. Em seguida, foi realizado um teste t para amostras pareadas, obtendo-se os resultados do exercício de flexibilidade com maior pontuação, enquanto o grupo com o exercício básico de confiança na água obteve uma pontuação bastante boa, embora não tão alta quanto a obtida pelo grupo. quem fez o exercício de flexibilidade. Enquanto as pontuações com a prática das técnicas de nado livre não mostraram efeito significativo nas habilidades de nado livre. Conclusões. Portanto, os resultados demonstram que o treino com confiança e flexibilidade na água melhora as habilidades de natação de estilo livre em alunos do ensino primário. No entanto, quando esta forma de exercício deve ser aplicada na ordem apropriada, começando com exercícios de flexibilidade, confiança básica na água e técnicas de natação de estilo livre para alcançar habilidades de natação de estilo livre em alunos do ensino fundamental.
