Resumo

O objetivo do estudo é aumentar o nível de flexibilidade em crianças de 9 a 10 anos nas aulas de educação física na escola. Materiais e métodos: Estudo quase experimental, não randomizado. O experimento pedagógico foi realizado com base na escola rural Ilyinskaya, na Rússia, de 3 de setembro a 27 de dezembro de 2022. Participaram do estudo alunos da terceira série, no total de 36 pessoas. As crianças do grupo controle participaram do programa habitual de educação física na escola, e as crianças do grupo experimental, após um breve aquecimento, realizaram uma série de exercícios para desenvolver a flexibilidade. Para determinar os indicadores de flexibilidade foram utilizados padrões de controle do programa de educação física escolar, testes de sentar e alcançar, espaguete lateral e teste de rotação de ombro com bengala. Resultados. Após o estudo, os indicadores das crianças do grupo experimental apresentaram aumento significativo nos 3 testes. Os indicadores de flexibilidade no teste "Sentar e Alcançar" aumentaram 36,4% (p<0,05), os indicadores do teste "abertura lateral" aumentaram de 12,5±2,1 para 8,9±1,9 (p<0,05) e no "Teste de Rotação de Ombros" "os dados dos testes aumentaram 18,7% (p < 0,05). As crianças do grupo de controle também melhoraram, mas não significativamente, nos três testes. Os indicadores do teste “Sentar e alongar” diminuíram 7,4% (p>0,05), os indicadores do teste “espaguete lateral” diminuíram de 12,8±1,8 para 11,7± 2,0 (p>0,05) e os dados do teste “Ombro Teste de Rotação" mudou para melhor em 9,9% (>0,05). Conclusão. Se um conjunto de exercícios para desenvolver flexibilidade for utilizado nas aulas de educação física na escola quando se trabalha com crianças de 9 a 10 anos, seus indicadores melhorarão significativamente a mobilidade articular, flexibilidade passiva, flexibilidade ativa, escolares, cultura física e períodos sensíveis.
