Equilíbrio e carga plantar em diferentes técnicas de agachamento

Resumo

Esta investigação tem como objetivo analisar o equilíbrio dinâmico e a carga plantar em diferentes técnicas de sentadas, fornecendo informação sobre a influência destes exercícios em praticantes que incorporam o levantamento de pesos nas suas rotinas de treino. Foi analisada uma lista de 21 sujeitos que realizaram três técnicas de sentadilla: Sentadilla Trasera (ST), Sentadilla Frontal (SF) e Sentadilla de Arranque (SA). Os participantes adotaram uma postura de referência e realizaram os exercícios com aproximadamente 50% do seu RM para cada técnica de sentadilla. Foi utilizado um sistema de medição da pressão plantar para avaliar o deslocamento do centro de pressão (COP), a pressão máxima (PM) e a carga plantar em diferentes regiões do bolo. Foi média uma ANOVA de Welch unidirecional considerando o deslocamento do COP, o PM e a percentagem de força em cada região do bolo. Os resultados não mostraram um efeito significativo da técnica de assento na bandeja do COP durante os exercícios. No entanto, foi observada uma interação significativa entre a técnica de sentadilla e o PM em comparação com a situação de equilíbrio estático. As três sentadas resultaram num PM mais elevado do que no equilíbrio estático, sendo o SA o que apresentou os valores mais elevados, seguido do SF e do ST. Não existem diferenças significativas entre as técnicas de sentadilla. Estes avisos sugerem que as diferentes técnicas de assento podem influenciar a carga plantar, mas não afetam a trajetória do COP durante a execução do exercício. A região do talão gerou uma grande carga plantar entre as três técnicas de sentadilla e deveria receber uma maior atenção durante a sentadilla e as suas variações. Esta informação pode ajudar na prescrição de exercício e no desenvolvimento de programas de treino mais eficientes para os halterofilistas.
