Testes de aptidão física relacionados à saúde e habilidades: uma avaliação para determinar o nível de aptidão física dos alunos

Resumo

O objetivo principal deste estudo é avaliar e implementar de forma abrangente testes de aptidão física relacionados à saúde e habilidades como ferramentas de pré-avaliação para avaliar os níveis de aptidão física dos alunos em ambientes educacionais. Este estudo empregou uma técnica de avaliação descritiva para identificar problemas de pesquisa. Existem oito faculdades na Visayas State University, a amostragem foi aberta a todos os alunos que desejassem participar do estudo e foram obtidos 273 respondentes. Para estabelecer um padrão, pessoas com deficiência, imunocomprometidos e com histórico de doenças cardiovasculares foram dispensadas de participar de testes de aptidão física, pois possuem uma forma diferenciada de acompanhar seu estado de saúde. Os resultados do estudo contribuem para a compreensão das relações entre a composição corporal e diversas facetas da aptidão física. Os conhecimentos obtidos com os testes de aptidão física servem como pontos de referência cruciais para a concepção de programas de actividade física eficazes e personalizados. A correlação negativa entre IMC, resistência muscular e equilíbrio implica que pessoas com IMC mais elevado podem beneficiar de exercícios específicos para melhorar estas áreas. Em contraste, a correlação positiva com a agilidade sugere que as atividades focadas na agilidade ajudam aqueles com IMC mais elevado. As conclusões sublinham a necessidade de intervenções específicas essenciais para melhorar a aptidão geral e o bem-estar, enfatizando a importância de abordar pontos fortes e fracos específicos através de programas de fitness diferenciados, adaptados a perfis individuais.
