Otimizando o desempenho: efeito do treinamento isoinercial em jogadores de futebol sub-16

Resumo

O treinamento com sobrecarga excêntrica tem efeitos na melhoria e otimização da força muscular e da hipertrofia muscular, influenciando nas capacidades físicas. A orientação e o cuidado do atleta influenciam sua carreira esportiva e é necessário gerar benefícios desde cedo. O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi avaliar o impacto do treinamento isoinercial no desempenho físico e esportivo de jogadores de futebol sub-16, a fim de otimizar suas capacidades físicas associadas à velocidade, agilidade e altura de salto. Foi um estudo quase experimental, de desenho longitudinal, realizado em uma população de 43 jogadores de futebol escolhidos em duas escolas de formação; Foram utilizados o teste de salto vertical para força explosiva, o teste T para agilidade e o teste de sprint de 10 m reto para velocidade. Durante o acompanhamento, o protocolo de treinamento com sobrecarga excêntrica foi aplicado durante 6 semanas. Os resultados obtidos mostraram que o grupo experimental (GE) apresenta diferenças significativas entre o pré-treinamento e o pós-treinamento das três variáveis ​​estudadas (p=<0,05) ao contrário do grupo controle (GC) que não apresenta diferença significativa entre estas. fases. Concluindo, o treinamento excêntrico isoinercial facilita melhorias nas qualidades esportivas de agilidade, velocidade e altura de salto. Recomenda-se realizar o treinamento por pelo menos 7 semanas com estímulos de carga superiores a 4 séries de 8 repetições e PSE >7.
