Resumo

Objectivo: Os músculos isquiotibiais no futebol são a região com maior percentagem de lesões musculares, devido a inúmeros factores de risco, entre os quais os níveis de força isométrica. Desta forma, pretende-se conhecer e estabelecer um perfil de força nesta musculatura em jogadores asiáticos de elite. Método: Durante a primeira parte da pré-época, uma equipa de futebol de elite (N=46 jogadores) pertencente à Liga dos Campeões da AFC foi submetida a uma avaliação isométrica da força dos isquiotibiais a 30º e 90º, utilizando um aparelho de dinamometria (ForceFrame ®, Valdperformace). Resultados: De entre os resultados obtidos, observa-se um perfil médio de Força Isométrica (N) a 30º de 268 N (+- 46,4), um perfil médio de Força Isométrica (N) a 90º de 206 N (+- 42 ,1). . ), uma assimetria bilateral (%) a 30º de 2,23% (+- 12,2) e uma assimetria bilateral (%) a 90º de 6,46% (+- 15,9). Quanto à correlação entre as variáveis ​​medidas, observa-se uma correlação positiva moderada (0,732, p=0,001) entre a média da Força Isométrica (N) bilateral a 30º e a 90º. Conclusões: Face aos resultados obtidos, observa-se que os jogadores da presente amostra apresentam níveis de força isométrica mais elevados a 30º do que a 90º, no entanto apresentam uma maior % de assimetria bilateral a 90º em relação a 30º.
