Programa de educação ao ar livre reduz os níveis de ansiedade em estudantes universitários de esportes na Indonésia

Este estudo tem como objetivo avaliar o impacto do Programa de Educação ao Ar Livre nos níveis de ansiedade dos estudantes de esportes na Indonésia. Utilizando uma abordagem quantitativa com um desenho experimental pré-teste-pós-teste, a pesquisa incluiu 120 participantes, homens e mulheres, com idades entre 18 e 20 anos, das faculdades de esportes da Universidade Estadual de Surabaya, da Universidade Estadual de Yogyakarta e da Universidade de Educação da Indonésia. A coleta de dados para avaliação dos níveis de ansiedade foi realizada por meio de questionário. Os testes de validade mostraram que todas as afirmações eram válidas, com valores de correlação de Pearson superiores a 0,05, e os testes de confiabilidade indicaram que todos os itens eram confiáveis, com valores de alfa de Cronbach superiores a 0,6. Os questionários foram aplicados através do Formulários Google antes e depois do programa de educação ao ar livre. A análise dos dados foi realizada no SPSS 25. Os resultados do teste de Wilcoxon apresentaram valor de Sig superior a 0,05, e a pontuação média do pós-teste (34,58) foi inferior à pontuação do pós-teste anterior (55,66). O estudo concluiu que o Programa de Educação ao Ar Livre reduz significativamente os níveis de ansiedade nos estudantes de desporto na Indonésia. Recomenda-se mais pesquisas para explorar os efeitos do programa na autoconfiança, motivação, responsabilidade e disciplina dos alunos.
