Mapeamento e tendências de pesquisa sobre carga horária no futebol: análise bibliométrica

No futebol, monitorizar a carga de treino é crucial para melhorar o desempenho, otimizar a recuperação e prevenir riscos de lesões. A tendência de pesquisa sobre carga de treinamento no futebol tem evoluído rapidamente, tornando este estudo bibliométrico essencial para entender a direção do foco da pesquisa sobre carga de treinamento no futebol. O objetivo deste estudo é compreender e explorar o estado atual da investigação sobre carga de treino no futebol. Esta análise de pesquisa inclui mapeamento de contribuições por país, anos de publicação, autores, artigos e suas respectivas contagens de citações. Os resultados indicam que as pesquisas sobre carga de treino no futebol começaram desde 1976 e têm crescido gradativamente ao longo do tempo, com aumento significativo observado em 2019, marcado por 109 artigos abordando carga de treino no futebol. O Reino Unido emerge como o país líder em termos de publicações acadêmicas e número de citações nesta área.
