Desenvolvimento de competências sociais e de saúde mental: O impacto positivo do modelo puzzle no curso de taekwondo

A educação do século XXI enfatiza a adaptação à tecnologia e às competências de pensamento de nível superior, incluindo o desenvolvimento de um pensamento de nível superior que exerce uma grande pressão sobre a saúde mental e as competências sociais dos estudantes. Este estudo utilizou um projeto pré-pós de grupo único para testar o efeito do modelo de aprendizagem do puzzle na saúde mental e nas competências sociais dos alunos em aulas de taekwondo. Os participantes foram 136 estudantes (homens = 109; mulheres = 27) utilizando uma técnica de amostragem aleatória simples. Os dados de saúde mental foram recolhidos através de 35 itens do Instrumento de Saúde Mental com uma escala Likert de 5 pontos, e os dados de competências sociais foram recolhidos através de 45 itens da Escala de Avaliação do Sistema de Melhoria das Competências Sociais com uma escala Likert de 4 pontos. Os dados foram analisados através de estatística descritiva e testes de amostras emparelhadas com o auxílio do programa IBM SPSS versão 29. Os resultados do estudo mostraram que o indicador de saúde mental que apresentou um maior aumento foi a “Harmonia mental” e o menor foi o “ Atividades de aprendizagem”. ." No indicador das competências sociais, o maior aumento foi o “Autocontrolo” e o menor foi a “Empatia”. Foi demonstrado que o modelo de aprendizagem do puzzle melhora significativamente a saúde mental e as competências sociais dos alunos nas aulas de taekwondo. Portanto, o modelo puzzle pode ser utilizado como um modelo eficaz para abordar questões de saúde mental e competências sociais dos alunos e apoiar o desenvolvimento psicossocial dos alunos quando enfrentam vários desafios e elevadas exigências académicas na faculdade.
