O objetivo deste estudo é avaliar o impacto da instrução de forehand drive baseada em placa de retorno em alunos do ensino secundário de Java Central na Classe VIII. Investigação experimental empregando um desenho pré-teste-pós-teste de dois grupos, este estudo consiste num pré-teste pré-tratamento e num pós-teste pós-tratamento. Foram administradas dezasseis sessões de treino de retorno ao grupo experimental, enquanto o grupo de controlo não recebeu qualquer intervenção. Os testes de hipóteses, os testes de normalidade e os testes de homogeneidade são todos componentes das técnicas de análise de dados. Os resultados deste estudo indicam que a capacidade de forehand do grupo experimental melhorou significativamente como resultado do treino de retorno (valor de p = 0,000 < 0,05; diferença média = 4,100). Em contraste, não houve impacto discernível do aumento da capacidade de forehand drive no grupo de controlo (valor p = 0,000 < 0,05). Como resultado, pode concluir-se que a instrução utilizando a placa de retorno pode melhorar significativamente a capacidade de condução de forehand dos alunos do oitavo ano de Java Central. Para melhorar a capacidade de executar um golpe de forehand, os investigadores propõem o emprego de um método de treino que utiliza a prancha de retorno. Os resultados da investigação acima mencionados sugerem que a instrução utilizando a placa de retorno pode melhorar significativamente a proficiência na condução de forehand dos alunos da Central Java Junior High School na série VIII. A um nível de significância de 0,000, a diferença média é de 4,100. Para melhorar as capacidades de condução de forehand, os investigadores recomendam a seleção de um método de treino que incorpore o golpe de retorno como alternativa. É crucial que os programas de formação estejam bem organizados, estruturados e sigam os procedimentos estabelecidos. Os estudiosos que pretendam realizar investigações adicionais relativas à utilização de painéis de retorno são encorajados a selecionar modalidades de formação alternativas e a justapô-las.
