Efeito dos exercícios cinéticos de vida nas competências motoras fundamentais com a bateria de testes MOBAK-3

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o efeito dos exercícios regulares de Life Kinetic (LK) no desenvolvimento das competências motoras fundamentais em alunos do 3º ano (turmas dos 8 aos 9 anos). Participaram no estudo um total de 218 alunos do 3.º ano (nascidos em 2014) no Chipre. Os participantes selecionados aleatoriamente foram divididos em dois grupos: grupo experimental (n= 112) e grupo controlo (n= 106). No dia anterior ao teste, os movimentos dos objetos (lançamento, lançamento e captura, driblar, driblar) e automovimentos (balançar, rolar, saltar à corda, mover-se de forma variável) de todos os participantes foram medidos com a bateria de testes MOBAK -3. O grupo experimental realizou exercícios LK durante 12 semanas, enquanto o grupo de controlo não participou nestes exercícios. No final deste programa de 12 semanas, no dia seguinte ao teste, a bateria de testes MOBAK-3 foi novamente administrada a todos os participantes para medir as alterações nas capacidades motoras fundamentais e os resultados foram comparados com os do dia anterior ao teste. Foram encontradas diferenças significativas entre os scores de ressalto do grupo controlo e do grupo experimental antes e depois dos exercícios LK (p<0,05). Além disso, foram encontradas diferenças estatisticamente significativas entre os escores de automovimento dos grupos controlo e experimental após os exercícios LK (p<0,05). No entanto, não se verificaram diferenças estatisticamente significativas no movimento dos objetos e de si próprio entre os grupos de controlo e experimental com base no sexo (p>0,05). Conclusões: Concluiu-se que os exercícios LK tiveram um efeito positivo nos escores totais de mudança dos movimentos do sujeito e do objeto. Isto demonstra que os exercícios LK influenciam a competência motora e as tendências de competências das crianças.
