O objetivo do estudo é analisar a ética esportiva no âmbito legal para garantir equidade e transparência. Para isso, será utilizada uma metodologia de revisão bibliográfica sistemática. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de busca no Google Scholar, com foco específico em artigos indexados nas bases de dados Scopus que tenham sido publicados entre 2019 e 2024. A palavra-chave especificada é «Sports Ethics AND Legal Framework AND Guarantee OR Assurance AND Fairness AND Openness. Um total de 27.500 artigos foram descobertos em diversas fontes com base nos resultados da pesquisa. Após passar por diversas fases do processo de seleção, identificamos 9 artigos que se enquadram nos temas escolhidos e atendem aos critérios de inclusão. Esta pesquisa segue a técnica PRISMA para operacionalização de padrões. O estudo revelou que a ausência de uma definição clara e de coordenação entre as agências governamentais tem causado problemas significativos na aplicação e cumprimento dos padrões éticos no desporto. Para melhorar a disciplina ética, é imperativo implementar uma melhor formação, estabelecer padrões explícitos, garantir a transparência e impor a responsabilização. É crucial estabelecer um quadro de avaliação da tecnologia desportiva que tenha em conta considerações éticas para manter a justiça e a honestidade face ao progresso tecnológico. O princípio da equidade, que defende possibilidades iguais e imparciais na categorização dos desportos paraolímpicos ou paraolímpicos, sublinha a importância de um sistema de classificação justo para manter a integridade da competição. Da mesma forma, os dilemas éticos nos eSports refletem aqueles encontrados nos desportos tradicionais. Prestar muita atenção aos princípios éticos na investigação desportiva, incluindo o estabelecimento de regras claras para as técnicas de investigação e a abordagem de obstáculos clínicos que possam surgir em contextos específicos, pode reforçar a importância de manter a integridade e a credibilidade no campo da investigação das ciências do desporto.
