Este estudo tem como objetivo examinar estratégias de gestão do treino de badminton com métodos de treino em circuito para melhorar o desempenho do atleta entre estudantes utilizando o método de revisão sistemática da literatura. Os dados foram obtidos a partir de resultados de pesquisa no Google Scholar com foco em revistas indexadas na base Scopus publicadas no período 2019 - 2024. As revistas foram selecionadas através de critérios de inclusão, nomeadamente revistas internacionais indexadas na Scopus. As palavras-chave utilizadas são; «Treino de Badminton E Estratégia de Gestão E Método de Treino em Circuito E Desempenho dos Alunos». A partir dos resultados da pesquisa, foram encontrados 15.800 artigos de diversas fontes. Adicionalmente, em várias fases do processo de seleção, foram selecionados 17 artigos que se enquadravam no tema e cumpriam os requisitos de inclusão. Para a operacionalização padrão, este estudo seguiu o método PRISMA. Os resultados deste estudo verificaram que o treino em circuito traz benefícios significativos na melhoria da aptidão física e do desempenho atlético em diversas faixas etárias e desportivas. Está demonstrado que o treino em circuito melhora a resistência aeróbica, a força e a capacidade VO2Max, que são cruciais para o desempenho atlético em desportos como o badminton. Métodos de treino variados, como os jogos Gobak Sodor e os exercícios de treino, também foram eficazes na melhoria da agilidade e do equilíbrio, sublinhando a importância da variedade de treino para o desempenho ideal do atleta. O treino em circuito é também eficaz na redução do IMC, melhorando a saúde cardiometabólica, reduzindo a gordura regional e aumentando a entrega de oxigénio aos músculos, além de incorporar vários elementos importantes como a força muscular, resistência, flexibilidade, agilidade, equilíbrio e resistência cardiovascular . Além disso, o HIIT apresenta um grande potencial na melhoria eficiente da aptidão física, com benefícios adicionais na regulação hormonal e na melhoria da capacidade aeróbia. Uma abordagem holística à educação física e ao treino, incluindo tecnologias de monitorização como a VFC e o neurofeedback, pode proporcionar benefícios abrangentes na gestão dos aspetos físicos e psicológicos do desempenho dos atletas.
