Modelo de treino de técnicas básicas de badminton através de um circuito desportivo integrado para estudantes atletas dos 12 aos 15 anos

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo foi examinar a eficácia do modelo de treino em Circuito Integrado Desportivo (SIC) na melhoria das competências de badminton em alunos-atletas na faixa etária dos 12 e 15 anos. No modelo SIC são combinados treinos físicos, técnicos e cognitivos, com o objetivo de melhorar o desempenho. O desenho adotado foi descritivo qualitativo com uma amostra de 30 estudantes, onde os dados foram obtidos através de observações, entrevistas semiestruturadas e discussões em focus group. As observações mediram o nível de participação, a aquisição de competências e a intensidade da formação, enquanto as entrevistas e as discussões em grupos de foco forneceram feedback e experiências dos participantes. Os resultados mostraram que as principais competências relacionadas com o badminton foram efetivamente melhoradas pelo modelo de treino SIC. As observações indicaram que houve melhorias no trabalho de pés, no tempo de reação e no controlo do volante, com 28 alunos a fazerem melhorias notáveis ​​nestas áreas. Uma boa proporção de participantes afirmou ter elevados níveis de empenho e satisfação com a formação, reportando uma melhoria no desempenho e na autoconfiança. No entanto, registaram-se alguns desafios: alguns alunos não conseguiram lidar com a intensidade da formação ministrada e foi necessária uma instrução mais personalizada para vários alunos. Além disso, os participantes recomendaram que cenários de jogo mais estratégicos pudessem ser incluídos no modelo para uma melhor preparação dos atletas em ambientes competitivos. Concluindo, o modelo de treino SIC apresenta resultados adequados quando visa o aperfeiçoamento das competências do badminton devido ao seu carácter integrado. Sugere-se a incorporação de melhorias que incluam a alteração da carga de treino e a aposta no treino individualizado, bem como a utilização de situações mais competitivas, para melhorar a eficácia do modelo e adaptá-lo de forma mais adequada às exigências dos mais jovens . participantes desportivos.
