Este estudo utilizou a revisão sistemática da literatura para rever a gestão dos recursos humanos relacionados com os professores de educação física para alunos com necessidades especiais em escolas inclusivas. Os dados foram obtidos a partir de artigos pesquisados através do Google Scholar. A pesquisa concentrou-se naqueles publicados em revistas indexadas na Scopus publicadas em 2019-2024. Os periódicos foram selecionados tendo em conta critérios de inclusão e exclusão. As palavras-chave utilizadas foram; (“Gestão de Recursos Humanos” OU “Gestão de RH”) AND (“Professor de Educação Física” OU “Professor de Educação Física”) AND (“Alunos com Necessidades Especiais” OU “Alunos com Deficiência” OU “Alunos NEE”) E (“Alunos Inclusivos” Escolas” OU “Educação Inclusiva”). Foram pesquisados 17.400 artigos entre 2019-2014. Além disso, foram novamente revistos em várias etapas e foram obtidos 16 artigos que se enquadravam no tema e cumpriam os requisitos de inclusão. Durante a seleção dos artigos, este estudo seguiu as diretrizes do PRISMA. A conclusão deste estudo mostra que a educação inclusiva apresenta desafios significativos na gestão de recursos humanos, especialmente no que diz respeito à preparação e competência dos professores de educação física. A falta de ênfase nas metodologias inclusivas na formação faz com que os professores se sintam pouco preparados para as diversas necessidades dos alunos. A formação abrangente que inclui teoria e prática foi identificada como uma solução. Os professores com formação e experiência mais aprofundadas demonstraram atitudes e competências mais positivas. Além disso, os ajustes nos métodos de ensino e a utilização eficaz da tecnologia, com o apoio da escola e a colaboração entre professores, funcionários e pais, foram a chave para o sucesso. As mudanças políticas e a alocação adequada de recursos são também cruciais. A avaliação regular das práticas inclusivas é necessária para garantir o desenvolvimento contínuo. Assim, uma educação física inclusiva eficaz requer maior formação, políticas de apoio e apoio contínuo do governo e das escolas.
