Este estudo utilizou a revisão sistemática da literatura para investigar a integração da aprendizagem da língua inglesa e do desenvolvimento motor dos alunos do ensino básico através de vídeos animados interativos baseados em movimentos. Os dados foram obtidos a partir de artigos pesquisados através do Google Scholar. Os dados foram obtidos a partir de artigos pesquisados através do Google Scholar. A etapa seguinte de seleção dos artigos prosseguiu com o auxílio da aplicação Elicite para a obtenção dos dados dos artigos mais relevantes da Scopus e de acordo com os critérios de inclusão. A pesquisa concentrou-se naqueles publicados em revistas indexadas na Scopus publicadas em 2019-2024. Os periódicos foram selecionados tendo em conta os critérios de inclusão e exclusão. A pesquisa foi realizada no mês de setembro de 2024 utilizando as palavras-chave: (English language learning AND motor development AND alunos do ensino básico AND animação interativa AND aprendizagem baseada no movimento). Da pesquisa no período 2019-2024 foram encontrados 435 artigos. Além disso, foram revistos novamente em várias etapas e foram obtidos 15 artigos que se enquadravam no tema e cumpriam os requisitos de inclusão. Durante a seleção dos artigos, este estudo seguiu as diretrizes do PRISMA. A conclusão é que a integração da aprendizagem da língua inglesa com o desenvolvimento motor através de vídeos animados interativos e baseados em movimentos melhora efetivamente a capacidade linguística e as capacidades motoras dos alunos do ensino primário. Esta abordagem cinestésica reforça a aquisição da linguagem, a motivação e o envolvimento do aluno na aprendizagem, enquanto as atividades baseadas em movimentos ajudam a interiorizar a linguagem através de experiências físicas divertidas. Para além de aumentar a motivação e concentração, esta abordagem promove também o desenvolvimento social e cognitivo dos alunos, reforçando as competências de comunicação e colaboração num ambiente inclusivo. Assim, a integração dos meios de comunicação baseados no movimento com a aprendizagem do inglês oferece uma experiência de aprendizagem holística que tem potencial para ser implementada no currículo do ensino primário.
