Reduzir a distância: fundamentos psicológicos da comunicação entre treinadores no futebol de formação na Indonésia e na Malásia

Introdução: A relação harmoniosa entre treinadores e jogadores determina também o desenvolvimento dos jovens futbolistas e o seu sucesso a longo prazo. Esta relação gera emoções positivas como o interesse, a alegria e o entusiasmo na formação. Ao fomentar uma comunicação positiva, os treinadores e os jogadores podem implementar estratégias proativas, como o esclarecimento de expectativas.
Objectivo: Este estúdio procura explorar os efeitos das capacidades comunicativas dos treinadores de futebol de base nos interesses e da participação dos jogadores de futebol de base na Indonésia e na Malásia.
Metodologia: Este estudo utilizou um método qualitativo com uma abordagem de teoria fundamentada. Os dados foram recolhidos através de entrevistas, observações e análises de documentos de 25 jogadores de futebol com licença e pelo menos 5 anos de experiência na Indonésia e na Malásia.
Resultados: Este estúdio revelou que ser treinador de futebol de formação é diferente de ser treinador profissional. Os treinadores devem proporcionar uma comunicação fácil de compreender às crianças, para atrair o seu interesse e participação no futebol. O uso de termos futbo-lísticos modificando frases nos treinos aumenta a felicidade, o que incentivará as crianças a continuarem a treinar.
Discussão: O treino de futebol em idades temporárias destaca frequentemente os dilemas dos principiantes quando enfrentam diversos desafios, incluindo a adaptação e a compreensão do desenvolvimento na primeira infância. Os treinadores devem simplificar a terminologia geral do futebol para que os jogadores de futebol de formação a possam compreender facilmente.
Conclusões: Para além de uma licença profissional como treinador de futebol, é também necessária uma licença especial para se tornar treinador de futebol de formação, uma vez que os treinadores de futebol de formação exigem competências comunicativas específicas na Indonésia e na Malásia.
