Instrumentos e estratégias para a avaliação autêntica em Educação Física escolar: uma revisão sistemática

Introdução: A avaliação autêntica consolidou-se como uma estratégia fundamental, propondo ferramentas e situações que refletem com precisão as exigências, os contextos e as complexidades da prática real. No entanto, a sua implementação no ensino apresenta tensões relacionadas com a qualidade das ferramentas, a formação de professores e as condições institucionais.
Objectivo: Analisar como se concretiza a avaliação autêntica na Educação Física Escolar, com ênfase nas ferramentas e estratégias utilizadas pelos professores, bem como nos factores que influenciam a sua aplicação.
Metodologia: A pesquisa foi realizada nas bases de dados Web of Science, Scopus, SPORTDiscus e ERIC, seguindo o guia PRISMA 2020 e os critérios SPIDER, o que levou à seleção de 11 estudos empíricos. Os critérios de inclusão foram aplicados através da abordagem SPIDER. A qualidade metodológica dos estudos selecionados foi avaliada através da ferramenta QATSDD.
Resultados: Os resultados mostram que a avaliação autêntica se expressa principalmente através de rubricas, observação situada em jogo, portefólios e projetos integrativos. No entanto, persistem limitações na validade e fiabilidade dos instrumentos, bem como na insuficiente cobertura das dimensões socioemocionais e cívicas.
Conclusões: Esta revisão fornece evidências sem precedentes ao identificar o fosso entre o discurso a favor da avaliação autêntica e a sua implementação eficaz em ambientes escolares, destacando a necessidade de validar instrumentos, fortalecer a literacia avaliativa dos professores e gerar apoio institucional para garantir a sustentabilidade destas práticas.
