Introducción: El estudio abordó la relación entre la calidad del servicio percibida y la evaluación parental en el contexto del fútbol formativo, considerando su relevancia para la gestión del deporte base. Se analizó dicho vínculo desde un enfoque empírico aplicado a una academia deportiva peruana. Objetivo: El objetivo del estudio fue analizar el efecto de la calidad del servicio percibida sobre la evaluación parental del servicio en una academia de fútbol formativo mediante un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales. Metodología: Se desarrolló una investigación cuantitativa con diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y modalidad de estudio de caso único. La muestra estuvo conformada por 104 padres de familia de niños inscritos en una academia de fútbol en Perú. Se utilizó un cuestionario estructurado con escala Likert de cinco puntos que midió la calidad del servicio a través de dimensiones tangibles, fiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad y empatía, así como la evaluación parental, concebida como un constructo de segundo orden integrado por confianza y satisfacción. El análisis se realizó mediante Modelos de Ecuaciones Estructurales utilizando el método de Máxima Verosimilitud. Resultados: Los resultados evidenciaron adecuados índices de ajuste del modelo propuesto y mostraron que la calidad del servicio ejerció un efecto directo, positivo y estadísticamente significativo sobre la evaluación parental (β = .978; p < .001). Discusión: Los hallazgos fueron consistentes con investigaciones previas que destacaron el rol determinante de la calidad del servicio en la generación de confianza y satisfacción en contextos deportivos formativos. Conclusiones: Se concluye que la calidad del servicio constituye el principal determinante estructural de la evaluación parental en academias de fútbol formativo, con implicancias relevantes para la gestión estratégica del deporte base.Referencias
