O estudo tem como objetivo examinar as perspectivas jurídicas e sociais da violência dos torcedores no esporte por meio do método de revisão sistemática da literatura. Dados obtidos a partir de resultados de busca por meio do Google Acadêmico com foco em periódicos indexados nas bases de dados Scopus publicados em 2019-2024. A palavra-chave usada é; «Violência Jurídica E Social AND Violência de Adeptos AND Desporto». Com base nos resultados da pesquisa, foram encontrados 63.300 artigos de diversas fontes. Adicionalmente, em diversas etapas do processo de seleção, foram selecionados 10 artigos que se enquadravam no tema e atendiam aos requisitos de inclusão. Para operacionalização padrão, esta pesquisa segue o método PRISMA. Os resultados deste estudo revelaram que a prevenção da violência dos torcedores requer uma abordagem holística e integrada. Quadros jurídicos rigorosos e uma aplicação consistente da lei são essenciais para controlar o comportamento violento, mas também são necessárias mudanças na cultura organizacional e nos arranjos estruturais nas organizações desportivas para incutir uma cultura anti-violência. As normas culturais e a dinâmica dos grupos de apoio também desempenham um papel na redução da violência, demonstrando a necessidade de uma abordagem comunitária que envolva os fãs nas estratégias de prevenção. Fatores psicológicos como características de personalidade, empatia e materialismo também exercem influência significativa na determinação do comportamento agressivo dos torcedores. Uma abordagem eficaz requer a integração de vários aspectos, tais como jurídicos, sociais, psicológicos e organizacionais, bem como a expansão da governação colaborativa para aumentar a eficácia das intervenções. Ao conceber políticas abrangentes, é importante integrar perspetivas de diferentes disciplinas e envolver os adeptos no processo de tomada de decisão, prestando simultaneamente atenção à responsabilização e ao profundo impacto psicológico para criar um ambiente seguro e reduzir significativamente a violência dos adeptos.
