Jogos rítmicos: exploração das capacidades motoras, aptidão física e interação de género em alunos do ensino primário

Introdução As competências locomotoras são a base do desenvolvimento físico das crianças e contribuem para a sua aptidão física. Os jogos rítmicos baseados na música e na educação física têm o potencial de aumentar a motivação e a qualidade do movimento dos alunos.
Objectivo: O objectivo deste estudo é analisar a relação entre as competências locomotoras e a aptidão física, e avaliar a eficácia dos jogos rítmicos, tendo em conta as interacções de género em alunos do ensino primário dos 7 aos 8 anos.
Metodologia: Este estúdio utilizou um design misto (transversal e quase experimental) em 120 ex-alunos de 7 a 8 anos de uma das escolas. As capacidades locomotoras são mediadas pelo uso de TGMD-3 e a aptidão cardiovascular através de testes de resistência aeróbia. Las intervenciones con juegos rítmicos se levaram a cabo durante seis semanas (três vezes por semana). A análise dos dados foi realizada através de regressão e ANOVA.
Resultados: Os resultados mostram uma correlação positiva muito forte entre as capacidades locomotoras e a aptidão física (R = 0,989; p < 0,05). No entanto, dado que o valor era quase perfeito, recomendámos a realização de uma nova análise para evitar possíveis erros de cálculo. Os jogos rítmicos tiveram um efeito significativo na melhoria das capacidades locomotoras e da aptidão física, e observaram uma interação significativa com o género.
Conclusão: Concluiu-se que os jogos rítmicos melhoraram significativamente as capacidades locomotoras e a aptidão física dos ex-alunos dos 7 aos 8 anos e favoreceram a participação equitativa de ambos os sexos na educação física.
