The experimental groups performed the training 2 sessions per week for 4 months. The 3 research groups met the inclusion criteria: craniovertebral angle < 50 degrees, older adults > 60 years, without rheumatological, infectious, musculoskeletal and neurological pathologies. Results: There were statistically significant changes in the group with strength training with socializing and playful characteristics in the domains of physical ability, psychological well-being and social relationships (p < 0.05).
