Introdução: Este estudo tem como objetivo compreender melhor os padrões de precisão dos movimentos de remate à baliza no futsal através da análise biomecânica
Objetivo: . A biomecânica do remate de futsal tem como objetivo ajudar a compreender os padrões de movimento do remate e desenvolver uma boa precisão de remate, que se baseia na prática frequente
Metodologia: Esta investigação utiliza um método qualitativo com um desenho de revisão sistemática. A base de dados deste estudo provém da base de dados Scopus. A recolha de dados foi efectuada através dos sites Google Scholar e Scopus, utilizando as palavras-chave “Biomechanics” e “Accuracy”. Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA)
Resultados: Os resultados deste estudo utilizaram a técnica de seleção dos artigos com maior número de citações e os mais relevantes foram realizados pelos investigadores dando notações especiais aos artigos que tinham sido revistos. Os resultados da revisão obtiveram os 10 melhores artigos que se enquadram nos critérios e objectivos do estudo
Conclusões: A conclusão do estudo mostra que chutar um golo no futsal requer uma análise biomecânica e técnicas especiais de precisão para atingir o alvo desejado. Os factores biomecânicos também afectam a eficácia dos exercícios e programas de treino que devem ser concebidos para satisfazer as necessidades individuais e da equipa
