Repensando a Educação Física como um caminho para o empreendedorismo desportivo e o desenvolvimento da indústria do desporto

Resumo

Introdução: A educação física desempenha um papel relevante no desenvolvimento do desporto e da indústria desportiva, especialmente através da formação temporária de competências de empreendimento desportivo. A integração da educação física com a aprendizagem empreendedora resulta, por isso, chave para o fortalecimento da economia do desporto.

Objectivos: Analisar a integração da educação física e o empreendimento desportivo como um marco estratégico para o desenvolvimento da indústria desportiva na Indonésia, dando ênfase ao papel das abordagens pedagógicas para fomentar a mentalidade empreendedora do estudante.

Metodologia: Foi aplicada uma abordagem de métodos mistos com desenho sequencial explicativo. A fase quantitativa incluiu 120 estudantes de dez universidades indonésias e a fase qualitativa incluiu dez informantes clave (docentes, profissionais do setor e estudantes empreendedores). Os dados são recolhidos através de um questionário padronizado (Alfa de Cronbach = 0,879) e de entrevistas em profundidade. A análise quantitativa foi realizada através de regressão múltipla e a qualitativa através do modelo interativo de Miles e Huberman.

Resultados: Os resultados mostram uma influência positiva e significativa da integração entre a educação física e o empreendimento desportivo no desenvolvimento da indústria desportiva (R² = 0,642; p < 0,001), sendo o empreendimento desportivo o fator com maior contributo.

Conclusões: A incorporação de competências empreendedoras na educação física pode melhorar a competitividade dos diplomados e promover uma indústria desportiva inovadora e sustentável.
