Efeitos do treinamento com sombra e da força muscular das pernas na agilidade do trabalho de pés no badminton: um projeto experimental fatorial

Como o badminton enfatiza significativamente a agilidade e a precisão do movimento do pé do jogador, acredita-se que realizar o treinamento de sombra e aumentar a força muscular das pernas aumenta a agilidade dos jogadores. No entanto, apesar de reconhecer a importância de ambos os métodos de treino na melhoria do desempenho atlético, falta uma compreensão abrangente dos seus efeitos combinados na agilidade de um jogador durante o jogo. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as disparidades entre grupos no treinamento shadow levando em consideração diferentes níveis de força muscular das pernas e seu impacto na agilidade do footwork de jogadores de badminton. Os grupos de treinamento na sombra abrangeram aqueles que usavam luzes de reação e aqueles sob a direção do treinador, enquanto a força muscular das pernas foi categorizada como alta ou baixa. Utilizando uma abordagem experimental com planejamento fatorial 2 x 2, o estudo selecionou aleatoriamente 20 estudantes com idade de 15,3±7,2 anos. O treinamento de sombra foi realizado em três sessões por semana durante aproximadamente seis semanas. Este treino focou em movimentos rápidos/explosivos. Os dados sobre força muscular e agilidade foram coletados por meio de teste de dinamômetro de pernas e teste de exercício de pés. Eles foram então analisados estatisticamente por meio de ANOVA bidirecional com nível de significância de 0,05. Os resultados sugerem que o treinamento na sombra com luzes de reação é mais eficaz para indivíduos com alta força muscular nas pernas. Enquanto isso, o treinamento na sombra sob a orientação de um treinador pode dar melhores resultados para aqueles com baixa força muscular nas pernas. Porém, ambas as modalidades de treinamento podem ser benéficas para indivíduos com baixa força muscular nas pernas. Essas descobertas fornecem informações valiosas para treinadores e instrutores de badminton ao projetarem programas de treinamento personalizados para melhorar a agilidade do trabalho de pés.
