Como a perspectiva dos stakeholders da enfermagem universitária está focada na enfermagem esportiva? : estudo qualitativo em desenvolvimento curricular

Resumo

Antecedentes: No domínio da enfermagem desportiva, modelos educacionais emergentes e inovadores são construídos com base no envolvimento das partes interessadas. Apesar de numerosos estudos terem examinado a perspectiva das partes interessadas na enfermagem, um número maior de estudos examinou as perspectivas das partes interessadas em currículos que enfatizam a enfermagem atlética. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo é examinar os pontos de vista e preocupações das partes relevantes em relação à criação de um programa de bacharelado em enfermagem com ênfase específica na enfermagem esportiva. Métodos: Foi realizado um estudo fenomenológico. Este método combina características descritivas (husserliana) e fenomenologia interpretativa (gadameriana). Dezenove partes interessadas participaram deste estudo. A entrevista foi encerrada quando foi atingida a saturação dos dados, principalmente a redundância temática. Resultados: Foram identificados três temas principais: (1) “Pontes” que combinam educação e contexto de trabalho; (2) Engajamento das partes interessadas, questões controversas (3) Engajamento das partes interessadas, estruturação de uma metodologia. Esta descoberta mostra isso. Conclusão: Enfatiza-se a obrigação da educação em enfermagem de se alinhar com as necessidades práticas atuais e futuras, sugerindo estratégias como o mapeamento curricular para unir o conhecimento teórico à prática clínica. O envolvimento das partes interessadas é crucial para o sucesso da educação e do desenvolvimento profissional.
