O efeito da qualidade do serviço na motivação para realização no Kurash Sport na Indonésia: análise baseada na categoria como moderador

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o efeito da qualidade do serviço na motivação para realização de acordo com a categoria de atletas do esporte kurash na Indonésia. Esta pesquisa é uma pesquisa quantitativa correlacional e foi analisada por meio de modelos de equações estruturais (SEM) com auxílio do Smart-PLS 4 para estudantes. O número amostral de atletas foi de 100 e as categorias de atletas obedeceram às regras da KCAO (Confederação Kurash da Ásia-Oceania). A categoria cadete era de 30 atletas; 15,2 ± 1,7 anos, 2,8 ± 5,3 anos de experiência de treinamento e 4,5 ± 0,0 horas de duração de treinamento em uma semana. A categoria júnior era composta por 31 atletas; 17,7 ± 4,4 anos, 3,1 ± 9,6 anos de experiência de treinamento e 5,7 ± 4,8 horas de duração de treinamento em uma semana. A categoria sênior era composta por 39 atletas; 21,8 ± 7,8 anos, 5,7 ± 8,8 anos de experiência de treinamento e 8,2 ± 3,1 horas de duração de treinamento em uma semana. Caso necessário, também foi utilizada coleta de dados na forma de questionários que passaram pela etapa de validação e entrevistas com atletas aleatórios. Os resultados mostraram valor de carga externa >0,7 e alfa de Cronbach >0,6. O teste de qualidade de ajuste (GoF) na raiz quadrada média residual padronizada (SRMR) foi de 0,062<0,08 ou 0,10. A análise de caminho baseou-se em categorias, nomeadamente valores de P e magnitude de influência, referentes ao valor da amostra original (O). A categoria cadete é 0,000 com influência de 0,614; a categoria júnior é 0,000 com influência de 0,698, e a categoria sênior é 0,000 com influência de 0,661. Concluindo, a qualidade do serviço é muito importante e é uma prioridade máxima no desenvolvimento das modalidades desportivas, para que os atletas se sintam totalmente cuidados e garantidos como atletas.
