Efeitos fixos e aleatórios da carga física em relação à posição de jogo, segundo o tipo de microciclo no futebol feminino com Tecnologia IMU

Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar os efeitos fixos e aleatórios durante o treinamento da carga física em relação à posição de jogo, de acordo com o tipo de microciclo no futebol feminino com tecnologia IMU. Este estudo observacional teve como objetivo estabelecer a relação entre as variáveis de velocidade máxima e distância percorrida durante diferentes microciclos de treinamento, de acordo com as diferentes posições de jogo. A população do estudo foi composta por 20 atletas e a amostra incluiu 1.701 observações coletadas dos jogadores participantes. Os dados foram analisados por meio de Modelo Linear Misto para estimar efeitos fixos e aleatórios. Adicionalmente, calculou-se a covariância entre os efeitos aleatórios para investigar a heterogeneidade das relações entre as variáveis nas diferentes posições de jogo. A variável Velocidade Máxima tem um efeito principal positivo e significativo na Distância Percorrida, indicando que um aumento na velocidade máxima está relacionado com um aumento na distância percorrida. Da mesma forma, o Micro Type mostrou um efeito principal positivo e significativo, sugerindo que as jogadoras em ciclos longos tendem a percorrer mais distância do que em ciclos curtos. Uma comparação física com outras ligas é essencial para corroborar os resultados obtidos nesta pesquisa.
