Prática concentrada, prática distribuída e habilidade motora: o que afeta as habilidades de ataque de esgrima usando alvos móveis?

O objetivo principal desta pesquisa foi determinar a influência dos métodos de aprendizagem e das habilidades motoras nos resultados da aprendizagem de habilidades de ataque na esgrima. Neste estudo, um planejamento fatorial 2 x 2 foi utilizado para investigar dois métodos de aprendizagem (prática concentrada e prática distribuída) e duas categorias de habilidades motoras (alta e baixa). Participaram deste estudo um total de 40 alunos e foram divididos em quatro grupos (A1B1, A1B2, A2B1 e A2B2), cada grupo composto por 10 pessoas. Cada grupo recebeu tratamento durante 16 encontros. Os dados da pesquisa foram analisados por meio de teste t e análise de variância com nível de significância de α = 0,05. Os resultados da pesquisa revelaram (1) que houve uma diferença significativa na influência entre os métodos de aprendizagem da prática concentrada e da prática distribuída nas habilidades de ataque das artes marciais de esgrima (F = 72,654; p <0,01), (2) não houve diferença significativa nos resultados de aprendizagem para habilidades de ataque de artes marciais de esgrima entre grupos com alta habilidade motora versus baixa habilidade motora (F = 3,144; p> 0,05), e (3) não houve interação significativa entre prática concentrada, prática distribuída e motor métodos de aprendizagem de habilidade com habilidades de ataque de esgrima (F = 0,0001; p > 0,05). Os métodos de aprendizagem de prática massiva parecem ser superiores na melhoria das habilidades de ataque de esgrima em comparação com a prática distribuída.
