Lactato e força muscular como indicadores de eficácia do treinamento em população com risco cardíaco

Introdução; A forma tradicional de medir a força é através de 1Rm, que é uma dinâmica ineficaz em pacientes em reabilitação cardíaca. Metas; O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a força por meio do lactato e determinar uma carga específica que permita desenvolver força em zona aeróbica de moderada a baixa intensidade em pacientes com risco cardiovascular. Materiais e métodos; Através de amostragem não probabilística intencional, 5 participantes do sexo masculino. Idade 48,80 ± 4,49. peso 95,40±5,54. altura 1,74 ± 0,06 cm. % de gordura 37,58 ± 2,68%. massa muscular 38,62±1,52. Vo2/kg 38,00 ± 2,73 min. Realizaram dois testes de força no agachamento médio, o primeiro progressivo até o limiar anaeróbio, a partir do qual foi obtida a carga média dos resultados que foi utilizada no segundo teste, onde foram realizadas 15 séries de 15 repetições com descansos de 1 minuto entre cada série. A amostra de lactato foi coletada nas séries 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15. Resultados; Os resultados da análise Anova não mostraram diferenças significativas entre os diferentes grupos no lactato F (4, 17,1) =0,524, p = 0,720. Frequência cardíaca F (4, 16,4) =0,457, p=0,766. As análises post hoc com o teste de Tukey não mostraram diferenças entre as variáveis dos grupos. Frequência cardíaca (FC) média durante exercício de força com carga constante. 133,9/5,48 (ppm). p=0,000. Concentrações de lactato sanguíneo durante o exercício Média 2,52/0,28. (Mmol/l). p=0,000. Carga constante 30/00 (kg) Os resultados indicam que essas variáveis metabólicas e cardíacas permaneceram parcialmente estáveis nas faixas de energia aeróbica. Dentro da medição das séries 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15. Conclusões; Os valores obtidos no teste de carga constante mostram que as variáveis metabólicas e cardiorrespiratórias permanecem estáveis em um metabolismo predominantemente aeróbico, isso poderia sugerir que a mensuração da força através do lactato é eficaz para o treinamento de força em pacientes com fatores de risco cardiovascular.
