Resumo

O jogo de futsal possui alta intensidade e dinâmica que exige habilidade e bom condicionamento físico, sendo um deles a agilidade. Acredita-se que treinar a agilidade realizando variações do exercício cônico e do exercício escada, e atentando para os fatores de agilidade, incluindo o equilíbrio, ao treinar a estabilidade do core e a velocidade como fator determinante do grupo, afetam a capacidade de agilidade dos jogadores. No entanto, apesar de reconhecer a importância de ambos os métodos de treino na melhoria do desempenho da agilidade, existe uma falta de compreensão aprofundada dos seus efeitos combinados na agilidade dos jogadores durante o jogo de futsal. Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a diferença entre grupos no treino de agilidade levando em consideração as variações no nível de velocidade e seu impacto na agilidade de jogadores de futsal. Os grupos de treinamento de agilidade incluem um grupo combinado de exercícios em cone com estabilidade central e um grupo combinado de exercícios em escada com estabilidade central, enquanto a velocidade é categorizada como alta ou baixa. Utilizando uma abordagem experimental com planejamento fatorial 2 x 2, este estudo selecionou aleatoriamente 20 jogadores com idade entre 17,1 ± 0,76 anos. O treinamento de agilidade foi realizado em três sessões por semana durante aproximadamente seis semanas. Treinamento focado em movimentos rápidos/explosivos e equilíbrio. Os dados de velocidade e agilidade foram coletados por meio do teste de aceleração de 30 metros e do Illinois Agility Test. Eles foram então analisados ​​estatisticamente usando uma ANOVA bidirecional com nível de significância de 0,05. Os resultados mostraram que ambos os métodos de treinamento podem beneficiar indivíduos com alta velocidade (P<0,05). No entanto, o treino de agilidade com uma combinação de exercícios de escada e treino de estabilidade central foi mais eficaz em indivíduos com alta velocidade (P<0,05). Já para aqueles com baixa velocidade, a combinação de exercícios em escada com estabilidade do core pode proporcionar melhores resultados (P<0,05). Esses resultados fornecem informações valiosas para treinadores e instrutores de futsal na elaboração de programas de treinamento personalizados para melhorar a agilidade.
