Exploração do efeito do vestuário utilizado nas aulas de educação física sobre alguns parâmetros de aptidão física

Resumo

As roupas usadas nas aulas de educação física podem afetar a aptidão física. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo foi explorar o efeito das roupas utilizadas nas aulas de educação física sobre alguns parâmetros da aptidão física (características antropométricas, resistência muscular, flexibilidade, força explosiva). Para este estudo, foram recrutados 34 estudantes do ensino médio. Após as avaliações iniciais, os alunos foram divididos aleatoriamente em dois grupos: um vestindo bermuda e camiseta e outro vestindo uniforme escolar. A análise revelou diferenças basais nos testes de sentar e alcançar, salto em distância em pé, agachamento e corrida de 20 m em comparações dentro do grupo. As meninas tiveram melhor desempenho usando short e camiseta no teste de corrida de 20 m (Z(-3,622)=4,45, p<0,01), no teste de sentar e alcançar (Z(-3,668)= 27,41, p=0,01 ), o teste SLJ (Z(-3,635)=124,02, p=0,01) e o teste de sentar (Z(-3,534)=18,82, p< 0,01). Da mesma forma, os meninos tiveram melhor desempenho usando shorts e camiseta no teste de corrida de 20 m (Z(-3,574)=4,68, p<0,01), no teste de sentar e alcançar (Z(-3,574)=4,68, p <0,01). . Concluindo, os resultados revelaram que o uso de shorts e camisetas nas aulas de educação física teve efeito positivo em alguns parâmetros da aptidão física. Isto sublinha os benefícios do uso de roupas adequadas nas aulas de educação física para promover a aptidão física.

    Mert Kurnaz currently works as a Principal Research Fellow at the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Haliç University in Istanbul, Turkey. He completed his postgraduate education at Akdeniz University on Sports Sciences and Sports Education. Main publications mostly cover the following topics, among others: motor control, youth sports performance, decision making in sports, cognitive performance in sports. He currently serves as a guest associate editor at Sage Open, Psychological Reports, Plos One and Frontiers in Psychology. Additionally, he is the guest editor of different special issues.
