Implementação de uma abordagem psicossocial intencional através de jogos populares e desportos tradicionais em alunos do ensino básico

Resumo

Este estudo teve como objetivo examinar o impacto de programas psicossociais intencionalmente estruturados por meio de jogos populares e esportes tradicionais em alunos do ensino fundamental. Os factores psicossociais influenciam os pensamentos e comportamentos individuais, e os jogos e desportos tradicionais são reconhecidos pelos seus valores culturais e de construção do carácter. A pesquisa utilizou um desenho de grupo pré-teste-pós-teste com abordagem quantitativa, com foco em alunos da quinta série da Escola Primária Pública Sumur Batu 06, no centro de Jacarta. O instrumento principal foi o Questionário de Necessidades de Ajustamento Psicossocial dos Alunos do Sétimo Ano, que abrange relações sociais cognitivas, socioemocionais, relações sociais, relações com professores, pares, pais e irmãos. O estudo seguiu o modelo de Kendellen, que enfatiza o foco em um componente psicossocial por aula, apresentando-o no início, ensinando-o durante a aula e revisando-o no final. A análise dos dados foi realizada no SPSS versão 22, incluindo apenas os alunos com frequência mínima de 80% que realizaram pré-testes e pós-testes. Os testes de normalidade confirmaram que os dados dos grupos integrados e não integrados estavam normalmente distribuídos, enquanto os testes de homogeneidade mostraram que as amostras eram provenientes de uma população homogênea. Os testes t de amostras pareadas revelaram melhorias significativas nos resultados psicossociais para ambos os grupos, com o grupo integrado apresentando um valor t de 7,453 (Sig. 0,000) e o grupo não integrado um valor t de 5,121 (Sig. 0,000). Estes resultados indicam um efeito positivo significativo dos jogos e desportos tradicionais psicossocialmente integrados no desenvolvimento psicossocial dos alunos do ensino primário.
