Este estudo tem como objetivo examinar as diferenças no alcance dos resultados de aprendizagem da educação física (EF) entre estudantes do ensino médio com base no gênero e na frequência de aprendizagem. As amostras deste estudo foram estudantes do ensino médio em Yogyakarta, que foram selecionados por sistema de amostragem aleatória simples. Estatística descritiva e anova fatorial inferencial bidirecional foram utilizadas na análise dos dados. A média dos resultados de aprendizagem em educação física dos alunos do sexo masculino na categoria de baixa frequência de aprendizagem foi de 85,67, enquanto a média dos resultados de aprendizagem em educação física dos alunos do sexo feminino na categoria de baixa frequência de aprendizagem foi de 82,33. Além disso, a média dos resultados de aprendizagem em educação física dos alunos do sexo masculino na categoria de alta frequência de aprendizagem é 84,00, enquanto a média dos resultados de aprendizagem em educação física dos alunos do sexo feminino na categoria de alta frequência de aprendizagem é 84,00. Os resultados do teste anova na variável do fator frequência de aprendizagem valor Sig 0,943 > 0,05 significa que não há diferenças significativas no desempenho dos resultados de aprendizagem em educação física dos alunos com base na baixa frequência de aprendizagem e na alta frequência de aprendizagem. Na variável fator género, o valor Sig 0,007 < 0,05 significa que não existe diferença significativa na obtenção de resultados de aprendizagem com base no género masculino e feminino. Além disso, na variável fator frequência de aprendizagem e gênero, Sig 0,005 <0,05 significa que há influência ou interação entre o fator frequência de aprendizagem e gênero no alcance dos resultados de aprendizagem em educação física dos alunos do ensino médio. A conclusão é que o desempenho acadêmico é o resultado de uma interação complexa entre vários fatores como motivação, estilo de aprendizagem, desenho curricular e intervenção tecnológica. Uma compreensão completa destes elementos é fundamental para que educadores e decisores políticos melhorem o sucesso dos alunos na educação física e noutros ambientes académicos. Estes resultados demonstram a importância de uma abordagem holística e baseada em evidências à educação para alcançar resultados acadêmicos ideais.
