Efeito do treino intervalado de alta intensidade e do treino de unificação na capacidade aeróbia e na força muscular em corredores de distância intermédia – uma revisão sistemática

Resumo

Introdução e objetivos: A capacidade aeróbia e a força muscular são essenciais para o desempenho dos corredores de meia distância. O treino intervalado de alta intensidade (HIIT) e o treino de unificação são reconhecidos como métodos eficazes para otimizar estes parâmetros. Este estudo avaliou sistematicamente o impacto de ambos os métodos na capacidade aeróbia e na força muscular.
Metodologia: Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática seguindo as diretrizes PRISMA. Foram consultadas bases de dados como a PubMed, Scopus e Google Scholar, tendo sido selecionados 20 estudos experimentais dos últimos 10 anos. Os parâmetros avaliados incluíram o VO₂máx e a força muscular (dinâmica e isométrica).
Resultados: Os resultados mostram que o HIIT melhora a capacidade aeróbia através da adaptação cardiovascular, enquanto o treino de unificação melhora a força muscular, especialmente nas extremidades inferiores. A combinação dos dois métodos gera efeitos sinérgicos em ambos os parâmetros.
Conclusões: Concluindo, recomenda-se a aplicação de uma abordagem de treino integrada para otimizar o desempenho dos corredores de meia distância. Estudos futuros devem explorar a duração e frequência ótimas destes métodos.
