Comportamento do perfil de movimento num clube de futebol feminino profissional durante a competência segundo algumas variáveis ​​​​contextuais

Resumo

Introdução e objetivo: O futebol feminino está em constante crescimento e os avanços tecnológicos nos processos de treino são cada vez mais frequentes. Por isso, a pesquisa deve ser precisa e incluir mais variáveis ​​para identificar a carga horária ideal para cada atleta. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar o comportamento do FMP de um clube profissional de futebol feminino durante uma competição, segundo determinadas variáveis ​​contextuais.
Metodologia: O estudo foi observacional e a amostra foi constituída por uma seleção profissional de futebol feminino da Colômbia. Foram analisados ​​​​vinte jogos do campeonato, abrangendo todas as fases da competição. Foi realizada uma análise descritiva de todas as variáveis ​​quantitativas para o cálculo das medidas de tendência central (média) e dispersão (desvio padrão), permitindo a observação da distribuição e variabilidade dos dados.
Resultados e conclusões: Os jogadores apresentaram variabilidade na duração das atividades de acordo com a posição e contexto: no FMPDy-namicHighDur a média foi de 0,1227 e no FMPRunningHighDur de 0,0458. Os médios tiveram maiores oscilações nos jogos fora, enquanto os avançados e defesas apresentaram uma tendência mais estável. Por fim, os médios e defesas apresentaram maior variabilidade no desempenho fora de portas, destacando a importância de adaptar o treino e a recuperação de acordo com a posição e o contexto casa/fora.
