Resumo

Introdução: A chegada da inteligência artificial e da realidade aumentada revoluciona a educação física ao oferecer métodos atrativos e interativos, bem como experiências imersivas que aumentam a motivação e os resultados de aprendizagem dos alunos.
Objectivo: O estudo avaliou rigorosamente o impacto das tecnologias de IA e RA na motivação dos alunos, na prevenção de lesões e na precisão da estimativa de pose na educação física. O seu objectivo era fundamentar os benefícios educativos e as implicações práticas da integração destas tecnologias de ponta em ambientes educativos.
Metodologia: Foi implementado um desenho experimental controlado com dois grupos: um utilizando ambientes melhorados por IA e RA, e outro com métodos tradicionais. Os dados sobre a motivação, lesões e precisão da estimativa de pose foram analisados ​​utilizando testes t, qui-quadrado e ANOVA.
Resultados: Os resultados mostraram que os alunos que utilizaram as tecnologias de IA e AR apresentaram maior motivação e menos lesões em comparação com os métodos tradicionais. Além disso, estes métodos tecnológicos demonstraram uma maior precisão na estimativa de pose em comparação com as técnicas de observação convencionais.
Discussão: Estes resultados coincidem com estudos anteriores que destacam o impacto positivo da tecnologia na educação, melhorando a participação e as experiências de aprendizagem. A redução de lesões e a maior precisão na estimativa da pose demonstram como a IA e a RA podem tornar a educação física mais segura e eficaz.
Conclusões: Os resultados confirmam que a IA e a RA melhoram a educação física, aumentando a motivação dos alunos, reduzindo os riscos de lesão e melhorando a precisão das avaliações. Este estudo promove a sua integração nos currículos educativos, enfatizando a necessidade de superar desafios na acessibilidade e na formação de professores.
